SICTDA has organizational structure that reflects on its work
style and functional departments. It has the
following semi-hierarchical structural units:
Committee of Honorary Patrons:
it is comprised of elders, professionals and
experts in the fields of social and community
development, Information and Communications
Technology, education and other related areas of
expertise. Most of these members have been invited
from the academia and the industry, and their
duties and responsibilities are mainly about
guidance and the contribution of their experience
and generally representing the interests of the
beneficiaries.
The Board of Directors:
The Board of Directors (BOD)
comprises of 9 members elected from the member
organizations. The Board guides the Executive
Committee on behalf of member organizations.
The Executive Committee:
This committee is responsible for implementing the
strategies for achieving the organization's
general goals as formulated by the Joint
Committee. Each of the subcommittees serves as a
separate functional unit while collaborating with
others on the achievement of the general goals of
the organization.
