SICTDA strives to pursue the following objectives:  

*   Bridging the digital divide by increasing access and utilization of relevant ICT for development.

*  Fighting against poverty through the use of ICT.

* Advocating for the formulation and implementation of friendly ICT policies and programs.

* Implement programs that develop the ICT sector both in terms of infrastructure and human resources

*  Introducing ICT education and literacy not only to the younger generation but to the senior citizens as well

*   Conducting ICT career orientations for high school graduates to encourage them to study further and consider technology-related fields 

*   Developing local ICT content that will be of advantage for the community including newsletters, magazines, tutorials, case studies, etc
